Live Nation Faces Antitrust Suit Over Parking Fees

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 5:04 PM EST) -- Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is restraining competition and reaping unfair profits through the inclusion of a mandatory parking fee in the price of general admission tickets for certain events, according to a putative consumer class action lodged Tuesday.
