Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 1:58 PM ET) -- Dykema Gossett PLLC has continued its expansion effort in Dallas by luring a former K&L Gates LLP bankruptcy partner, the firm announced Tuesday.
Jeffrey R. Fine, who counseled the unsecured creditors' committee through the Texas Rangers Baseball Partners' restructuring, will join Dykema's Dallas bankruptcy and restructuring practice group as a member, the firm said.
Fine is the third member to be picked up by Dykema's Dallas office since October, joining recent hires David Henry, an intellectual property attorney, and Mark Sales, a litigator.
