Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 7:07 PM ET) -- Boston Gas Co. and Century Indemnity Co. on Tuesday settled a dispute over coverage for pollution response costs at the site of a manufactured gas plant in Everett, Mass., though claims over other sites remain pending in the case.
In a notice filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Century said the settlement between the parties on the so-called Everett claim resolved issues that were scheduled for trial Feb. 28.
