Fish & Neave Loses Another IP Litigator

Law360, New York (September 28, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Another litigator has left intellectual property specialist Fish & Neave for a rival firm, as the New York-based boutique continues to struggle with a series of defections amid reports the firm is considering a merger with a general-practice firm.

Brian Cannon has jumped ship to Shearman & Sterling, which has launched a strategy to bolster its litigation group in the San Francisco area.
