Booted Union Head Sues SEIU For 'Cruel' Harassment

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 6:01 PM EST) -- The ousted leader of the Service Employees International Union's United Healthcare Workers branch launched a civil rights lawsuit Tuesday alleging he and other former members were brutally harassed and threatened by the SEIU.
