Calif. Bill Attacks Collective Bargaining

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 8:29 PM EST) -- Inspired by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a California assemblyman introduced a bill Tuesday that would reform the state's collective bargaining process, including ending collective bargaining for pension benefits.

The exact details of the bill, AB 961, will be disclosed in the next few weeks, according to its sponsor, Republican Assemblyman Allan Mansoor.
