Sears, Home Depot Hit With Phone Case Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2011, 3:03 PM EST) -- A company specializing in mobile phone carrying cases filed suit in Colorado on Tuesday, accusing Sears Roebuck & Co., Home Depot USA Inc. and several other retailers of infringing its patents.

Intelligent Designs 2000 Corp. filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, alleging that the defendants infringed either of two patents covering carrying cases for electronic devices.
