Fed. Circ. Reverses Radiation Therapy Patent Ruling

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 8:53 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday reversed a district court's decision in a patent suit over radiation therapy technology and remanded the case, ruling that a jury verdict of invalidity was based on erroneous claim construction.
