Freddie Mac Exec Gets Wells Notice Amid SEC Probe

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 10:53 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sent notice this month that it may bring a civil enforcement action against Donald Bisenius, an executive vice president at Freddie Mac, as it investigates the mortgage giant's collapse.

According to a Freddie Mac SEC filing on Thursday, the SEC sent Bisenius a Wells notice on Feb. 10, notifying him that the agency was considering taking action against him for allegedly violating federal securities laws in 2007 and 2008.
