T-Mobile, Dozens More Hit With 3G Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 3:40 PM ET) -- A wireless technology company filed suit Thursday against a host of mobile network and device providers including T-Mobile USA Inc.,   Amazon.com Inc., Barnes & Noble Inc. and HTC Corp. for allegedly infringing its 3G patents.

Long Branch, N.J.-based Golden Bridge Technology Inc. alleges in a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware that wireless networks and devices such as smartphones, laptops and e-readers provided and made by the defendants infringe three of GBT's patents .
