French United Worker Can Sue In US: 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 6:39 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Monday revived a French flight attendant's employment discrimination suit against United Air Lines Inc., saying the choice-of-law provision in her contract allows her to make claims under U.S. labor law.
