Harris Wins Relief, No Extra Damages In FedEx IP Fight

Law360, New York (March 01, 2011, 2:00 PM ET) -- A federal judge Monday shot down a communications technology company's bid for enhanced damages but approved other relief in its Florida lawsuit accusing FedEx Corp. of infringing eight patents for a flight data system.
