Ex-Boston Market Workers Seek Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 1:51 PM EST) -- Two former Boston Market Corp. workers asked a Connecticut federal court Monday to conditionally certify their collective action alleging the restaurant chain misclassified its assistant general managers as exempt from overtime pay requirements.
