Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 2:35 PM EST) -- In launching his first major initiative as New York’s attorney general, Eric Schneiderman, signaled increased enforcement focus on New York’s recently amended False Claims Act (NYFCA) in an effort to enhance New York’s ability to recover funds stolen from the taxpayers’ pockets and the government’s purse.
