Neuralstem Calls StemCells Patents 'Unenforceable'

Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 3:28 PM EST) -- Neuralstem Inc. argued Monday in a Maryland federal court filing that StemCells Inc. lacked standing to sue for alleged infringement of neural stem cell technology because the defendant recently obtained a license to the invention from which the patents-in-suit originate.
