2012 Dem Convention May Boost Union Numbers In NC

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 1:42 PM EDT) -- Organizers of the Democratic National Convention coming to Charlotte, N.C., in 2012 have pledged to use union labor wherever possible, and experts say that commitment could give labor groups a chance to gain ground in a state with the lowest union membership in the country.
