Blue Cross Slaps Hofstra, Hospital With Logo IP Suit

Law360, New York (March 02, 2011, 6:48 PM ET) -- The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association sued Hofstra University and a health care system Tuesday in Illinois, hitting them with trademark infringement and unfair competition claims for using a blue shield symbol to promote health education and delivery services.

Cassandra M.
