Texas Court Revives Tire Pump Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 8:04 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court ruled Wednesday that a trial court prematurely tossed tire pump maker Pressure Systems International Inc.’s suit accusing a research organization of trade secrets theft, breach of contract and other claims involving a fired PSI executive.
