Lighting Co. Denied TRO In $64M Air Force Contract Row

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 7:14 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge Wednesday denied a lighting solutions provider's bid to delay a competitor's $64 million U.S. Air Force airfield lighting deal while it hashes out legal objections to the contract award process.

Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams refused to grant Patriot Taxiway Industries Inc.'s  motion for a temporary restraining order pending its suit seeking a permanent injunction to block the Air Force from moving forward with the contract, according to her order.
