Ethics, Fraud Major Issues In Int'l Trade: Experts

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 8:14 PM EST) -- The government, attorneys and corporations must do more to combat bad behavior and fraud in the international trade arena, government and private-sector participants agreed Thursday at the Georgetown Law Center's 2011 International Trade Update in Washington.

Countless recent cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the International Trade Administration have shown that the problem of fraud on the part of attorneys is rampant in the world of international trade litigation, participants in a panel on ethical issues in customs and trade said.
