I2, Oracle Resolve Software Patent Battle

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 4:24 PM EST) -- I2 Technologies Inc. and Oracle Corp. on Thursday settled patent infringement litigation between them in a Texas federal court over supply chain management software.

The parties agreed to resolve all of their claims and counterclaims in i2’s two related suits against Oracle in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, filing motions to dismiss the allegations with prejudice.
