Law360, New York (March 03, 2011, 11:35 PM ET) -- Four of six insurers sued by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London over coverage of a $20 million construction accident at Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s world headquarters won summary judgment in a New York federal court Thursday.
Travelers Insurance Co., Hartford Fire Insurance Co., Illinois National Insurance Co. and Arch Insurance Co. were sued by Lloyd’s in November and exited the case through an order signed by Judge Richard J. Holwell of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
