9th Circ. Extends Ariz. Judicial Emergency

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 3:54 PM EST) -- Facing a debilitating shortage of judges and an increasing number of civil and criminal cases, the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday extended an existing judicial emergency for the state of Arizona for one year.
