Law360, New York (March 04, 2011, 5:23 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said Friday that it had preliminarily determined that Indian exporters Venus Wire Industries Pvt. Ltd., Mukand Ltd. and Facor Steels Ltd. sold stainless steel bar at prices below normal value and should face duties of up to 23 percent.
In a notice published in the Federal Register, Commerce's International Trade Administration also said that it had preliminarily decided not to revoke its anti-dumping duty order on Venus Wire's stainless steel bar from India for the time period under review.
