HP Wins Bid To Seal Docs In Laptop Defects Case

Law360, New York (March 04, 2011, 6:22 PM ET) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. may keep shielded from the public documents related to its summary judgment motion in a long-running class action over an alleged display screen defect in certain models of its Pavilion notebook computers, a California judge ruled Friday.
