Law360, New York (March 07, 2011, 12:38 PM ET) -- A flurry of amicus briefs failed Monday to persuade the U.S. Supreme Court to take up a case challenging the legality of so-called pay-for-delay agreements, in which brand-name drug companies pay generic manufacturers to keep their cheaper drugs off the market.
