Drugmakers Beat Price-Fixing Claims In Ca. Court

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 10:32 PM EST) -- A California state judge ruled in favor of the world's largest drug companies on Monday, dismissing allegations made by a group of pharmacies that the drugmakers conspired to inflate drug prices in the U.S. and keep lower-priced Canadian drugs off the market.
