GM, DOJ Fight Subpoena In Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 8:53 PM EST) -- General Motors Co. joined federal officials in asking the court on Monday to quash a subpoena in a Michigan case accusing a former GM engineer and her husband of stealing trade secrets and offering the information to a Chinese competitor.
