Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 1:57 PM ET) -- A federal court on Wednesday announced that the U.S. Department of the Air Force had prevailed in a dispute with a jilted small-business contractor over the agency's switch to a larger and cheaper credit reporting company.
The U.S. Court of Federal Claims concluded that the Air Force was entitled to procure credit reports using the federal supply schedule rather than continue to utilize the costlier services provided by K-LAK Corp., a designated small business.
