2 LCD Makers Exit Electrograph Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 8:43 PM ET) -- A California federal judge signed off Wednesday on a deal to trim two defendants from Electrograph Systems Inc.'s suit alleging a major price-fixing conspiracy in the liquid crystal display panel industry.

Judge Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted the stipulation of dismissal with prejudice, cutting two defendants, Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. and Tatung Co. of America Inc., from the case after they resolved their differences.
