Senate Panel To Probe Fake Military Parts

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 2:07 PM EST) -- The Senate Armed Services Committee announced Thursday that it was launching an investigation into counterfeit electronics in the U.S. military supply chain.

The investigation follows critical reports from government agencies that found counterfeit parts, especially electronics, popping up all across the U.S. Department of Defense supply chain.
