SEC Urged To Rethink AT&T Net Neutrality Finding

Al Franken, D-Minn., and Ron Wyden, D-Ore., on Wednesday told the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that net neutrality was in fact a significant public policy issue, despite a recent agency finding to the contrary in relation to AT&T Inc. proxy materials.
