Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 3:28 PM ET) -- A Chicago jury on Wednesday found in favor of Cuprum SA de CV in a multimillion-dollar case brought on behalf of a man who suffered a devastating brain injury after falling off an allegedly defective stepladder.
