Jury Sides With Ladder Co. In Brain Injury Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 3:28 PM ET) -- A Chicago jury on Wednesday found in favor of Cuprum SA de CV in a multimillion-dollar case brought on behalf of a man who suffered a devastating brain injury after falling off an allegedly defective stepladder.

The jury in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois brought back a verdict against plaintiff John Baugh.
