Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 2:05 PM ET) -- Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations Inc. won an order in a Texas court Friday temporarily barring a former sales manager who left for rival Specialty Oilfield Solutions LLC from his alleged poaching of ex-colleagues and trade secrets in violation of an employment contract.
Judge Ken Wise of the District Court of Harris County, Texas, granted Baker a temporary restraining order against ex-employee Charles Hamrick, who resigned from the company Feb. 11 to take a job as vice president of the Northeast with Specialty Oilfield.
