Hewlett-Packard Files Second Suit Against Acer

Law360, New York (April 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Computer giant Hewlett-Packard Co. filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Taiwanese rival Acer Inc. Thursday, accusing the smaller company of infringing five patents for a variety of personal computer functions, just three weeks after filing litigation against the same company over different patents.
