Former Enron HR Director Sentenced To Five Years

Law360, New York (April 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former human resources director for now-defunct Enron Corp. will serve five years and three months in prison for orchestrating a scheme to defraud the company out of $3 million.

In addition to the prison term, Judge David Hittner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on Thursday ordered Christian Deeb Rahaim to pay back the misappropriated funds.
