Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 6:59 PM ET) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Friday mostly let Kingston Technology Co. Inc. off the hook for claims brought by SanDisk Corp. in two lawsuits alleging infringement of patents that cover flash memory chips and controller technology.
Judge Barbara B. Crabb of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin ruled that Kingston contributed to infringement of four of 10 claims on one patent, but did not infringe two other patents in a separate case.
