Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 5:34 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company Stragent LLC targeted Infineon Technologies AG, Fujitsu Ltd. and eight other technology companies in a Texas lawsuit on Friday, accusing them of infringing a patent covering information-sharing technology with certain microcontroller and software products.
Eric M. Albritton of Eric M. Albritton PC lodged Stragent's suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, accusing the companies of infringing U.S. Patent Number 7,802,263.
