Ex-Exactech Director Avoids Prison In Kickback Case

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 3:45 PM EDT) -- A former sales director for medical device manufacturer Exactech Inc. was sentenced Monday in New Jersey federal court to five years of probation and ordered to pay $56,000 after pleading guilty to setting up a kickback scheme with orthopedic surgeons.

Judge Garrett E.
