Madoff Trustee Struggles To Serve Kohn Defendants

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 2:49 PM EDT) -- Lawyers for the bankruptcy trustee overseeing recovery for Bernard L. Madoff's victims told a federal judge in New York on Monday that they're still hunting down defendants in a $60 billion lawsuit against Austrian financier Sonja Kohn, her family members and various affiliated parties.

Timothy S. Pfeifer of Baker Hostetler said in a conference in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York that service in the case, filed in December, “is still in process.”
