Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 6:23 PM ET) -- Nearly half of the attorneys from Clark Thomas & Winters PC left the Austin, Texas-based law firm, which was recently embroiled in a kickback scandal, announcing on Monday the creation of a new firm, Duggins Wren Mann & Romero LLP.
Duggins Wren’s current focus is administrative law at the state and federal level, but eventually it will grow into a general practice firm, according to David Gilliland, managing partner of the new firm and a 25-year veteran of CTW.
