Ex-Worker Sues Wells Fargo Over NY Check Deductions

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A former mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo & Co. filed a class action Tuesday accusing the banking giant of violating New York law by docking his wages when he performed a credit check that did not result in a loan.
