Class Wins Initial Cert. In Consulting Firm FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday conditionally certified a class of staff associates at DeWolff Boberg & Associates Inc. who accuse the Dallas-based management consulting firm of willfully withholding overtime pay.

Judge Reed O'Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas granted the plaintiffs' unopposed motion for conditional certification, finding that there was sufficient evidence of similarly situated employees who might want to join the class action.
