Last Claims Tossed In Nissan E-Key Safety Suit

Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 12:30 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in California dismissed on Wednesday the remaining claims in a lawsuit that alleged the electronic key system on vehicles made by Nissan North America Inc. violated federal safety laws.

Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed without prejudice two individual claims brought by named plaintiffs in the suit, saying her court lacked jurisdiction.
