Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 5:17 PM ET) -- Charlie Sheen lost a bid Thursday to keep his $100 million wrongful termination suit against Warner Bros. and “Two and a Half Men” co-creator Chuck Lorre out of arbitration and in a California courtroom, an attorney told Law360.
Alternative dispute resolution provider JAMS ordered that arbitration will move forward, despite Sheen's objections, according to Lorre's attorney, Howard Weitzman of Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert LLP.
“The next step would be to select an arbitrator, and that process begins immediately," Weitzman said.
