Lithuania Calls For Court Ouster Of Gazprom Execs

Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 5:46 PM EDT) -- Lithuanian energy officials asked a local court Thursday to investigate whether the country's national gas company had agreed to pay unfairly high prices for gas supplies, escalating the government's dispute with Gazprom OAO over its stake in the company.

The Lithuanian Ministry of Energy called for the Vilnius district court to remove two of AB Lietuvos Dujos' directors, Valery Golubev, and Kirill Seleznev, as well as CEO Viktoras Valentukevicius.
