SEIU Sued Over Tactics To Unionize Sodexo Workers

Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 11:13 PM ET) -- Sodexo Inc. sued the Service Employees International Union in Virginia on Thursday, accusing the labor union of resorting to illegal tactics to pressure the food services operator into handing more than 80,000 nonunion employees to the SEIU.
