Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 4:38 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday ordered a former Bank One Corp. executive convicted of tax fraud and a Louisiana attorney found guilty of helping him to begin their prison terms this month after the Second Circuit denied them bail.
