Supreme Court Declines Eminem Royalties Hearing

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 5:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Monday it would not hear an appeal from UMG Recording Inc. in its dispute with Eminem's former production company over royalties owed for digital downloads of the rapper's songs.
