High Court Rebuffs Monsanto Benefits Accrual Case

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 2:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a case claiming Monsanto Co.'s reorganization of its pension plan violated federal employment law by decreasing benefits for plan members older than 55.

The high court issued a one-line order denying a petition for a writ of certiorari filed by Monsanto plan member Grant Walker in December.
